Meet the Pastors

This is quick meeting after church to get to know the Senior Leadership Team and the Zone Pastors. You will get a brief overview of our Vision and Mission and it will give us, as well as you, a chance to meet and put a name with a face. This meeting is held on a monthly basis after church in the Great Room.

BridgeWay Discovery

This is a Friday night and all day Saturday class. In this class we talk in depth on the History and Identity of our church as well as fully develop our Vision, Mission, Values and Calling. You will get to hear about our Leadership Structure and learn how our Ministry Process works and functions. It is also an opportunity to receive Personal Prophetic Prayer and let us know if BridgeWay Church will be your church home.

BridgeWay Foundations

This is a 12 week class taught on Wednesday night one per year. It develops and gives language for our Core Values surrounding the L.I.F.E. acronym. It is taught by Pastor Jeff Kalte and Pastor Matt Loevenguth. This is a very practical way to connect with the BridgeWay family and learn our culture and the lifestyle of the Kingdom of God.

Powerful People

This is a 12 week class taught on Wednesday night once per year. It is taught by Pastor Jeff Kalte and will give you the tools and skills to learn how to be a powerful person in the Kingdom of God. It will give you practical applications about how to thrive in your life, with people and in the world we live in as well as teach how to powerfully respond to life's ups and downs.

Kingdom Ministry Training

This is a 12 week class taught on Sunday night once per year. It is taught by the whole staff team and will give you an overview of how to do ministry with the Holy Spirit. You will learn the five step prayer model, how to pray for the sick, hear God's voice and prophesy as well as get a chance to learn what your spiritual gifts are.
