What are LIFE Groups?

LIFE groups are small groups within BridgeWay Church. They are found in four main areas of BridgeWay Life: 1. Ministry Connection, 2. Group Connection, 3. Significant Connection and Activity Connection. They are designed to bring a needed sense of community and connection. All LIFE groups contain at least one element from each of the following four categories:

Loving Relationships & Life Supporting Leadership - pastoral care, empowering people, friendship
Intimacy with God & Identity in Christ - worship, prayer, teaching, Bible study
Freedom in Christ & Fullness of Spirit - waiting on God, moving with God, spiritual gifts, prayer
Empowering People & Expanding the Kingdom - connecting with and serving those outside BridgeWay

Why are LIFE groups so important?

LIFE groups facilitate friendships and relationship, connecting people
LIFE groups provide personal support and pastoral care for our BridgeWay family
LIFE groups challenge and help you grow in your personal walk with the Lord
LIFE groups provide an environment for you to serve, discover your identity, and for spiritual gifts to be caught and exercised
LIFE groups are a place for the visitors, new members, and the those outside BridgeWay to connect with us

Ministry Connection

Ministry Connection is for those who find connection and community in various ministry of BridgeWay Church. These connection groups are found inside BridgeWay Church and outside of the four walls. [Some of these groups are closed or invite only. Please contact the group leader for more info.]

Group Connection

Group Connection is for those who find connection and community in various group activities in BridgeWay Church. Example: Sunday service, youth group, young adults. This is a great way to take the first steps into making connections in BridgeWay. [Some of these groups are age specific or determined by demographics ? please contact the group leader for more info.]

Significant Connection

Significant Connection is for those who find connection and community in various Small Group activities in BridgeWay Church. These groups are designed to bring real life changing, meaningful and intimate relationships. [Some of these groups are determined by geographical locations ? please contact the group leader for more info.]

Activity Connection

Focus Connection is for those who find connection and community in various interest/activity groups in BridgeWay Church. These groups are focused around and activity or event, yet bring relationships in a fun and light way. [Please contact the group leader for more info.]
