Peter & Gwen Young - Senior Leader & Wife

A Denver native, Peter and his wife, Gwen, married in 1984. They have four amazing children. As is true with his personal walk with the Lord, Peter's marriage and family precedes his ministry commitments.Peter's church background transcends several streams. He was raised in the Episcopal church, and became a Christian in a Baptist church while at school at MIT in Cambridge, MA. He later served in lay ministry for 8 years in a local Evangelical Presbyterian church before joining the Vineyard Movement in 1984. He served many leadership roles in the Vineyard for 20 years, including the first seven years as Senior Pastor of Vineyard Denver Southeast, which has now become BridgeWay Church. This diverse background has given Peter a strong commitment to both the Word and the Spirit of God, which brings the "Word and Spirit" emphasis to BridgeWay. Prior to pastoring, Peter had a 15-year banking career in commercial lending and treasury management sales, where he served as a conference speaker, sales manager, and manager of the Norwest Bank of Denver Treasury Management Division. This business vocation background served to give him training that could be transferred to the church environment, as well as a great desire to see people in the marketplace reached for Christ. Peter has been personally discipled by various men in different one on one contexts. He also learned to function in many of the spiritual realities of the Kingdom of God during years of early Vineyard conferences and ministry. While working part-time in the marketplace, he pursued theological training at Denver Seminary, graduating cum laud in 1995 with a Master?s Degree in Divinity. Peter is gifted as a visionary leader and as a pastor/ teacher. He has strong gifts in both the Word and Spirit traditions, enabling him to walk in both realms with ease. He believes in a signs and wonders ministry and encourages the manifest Presence of God and the Kingdom reality in all aspects of ministry. Peter and BridgeWay Church are strong bridge builders and actively work with other ministry and marketplace partners to bring community transformation to the Denver area, through the newly-formed Denver Metro Transformation ministry.

Jim & Pam Rogers - Associate Pastor: Kingdom Ministries & Wife

Jim has been in ministry for several years and is currently the Associate Pastor of BridgeWay Church in Denver Colorado. Jim is also an Associate of Global Missions Awareness where he ministers with Leif Hetland. Jim is a Prophetic Healing Evangelist. He travels throughout North America and the World bringing healing, salvation and deliverance to the lost. He has a heart to reach all those who have not heard the Good News. God called Jim into full time ministry in 2001. He left the marketplace to serve God and help to build his church. Soon after starting in ministry Jim felt called to be involved with Healing. As Jim pressed into what God was doing, the Lord began to pour through Jim into His people. Jim is also affiliated with Randy Clark and Global Awakening, and Bill Johnson and Bethel Church in Redding California. Jim has an anointing to have blind eyes and deaf ears open and to have metal disappear from bodies.Then several prophetic words were released to Jim, calling him to go with the message of Jesus Christ and share God's love. Jim has continued to press into God and wait for the perfect timing. The Lord has opened doors for Jim to travel throughout the world and fulfill that call.

Jeff & Lisa Kalte - Associate Pastor: Pastoral Ministries & Wife

Jeff is an Associate Pastor of BridgeWay Church and oversees the pastoral ministries of the church. He and Lisa joined BridgeWay on July 1st 2010. Jeff has been in full-time ministry since 1998. He has been the associate pastor of First Assembly in Coeur d'Alene Idaho and senior pastor of Coquille First Assembly in Oregon. Jeff was ordained in the Assemblies of God and is now Ordained by BridgeWay Church. After hearing God's invitation to a radical lifestyle, the Kaltes left their ministry/denomination and moved to Redding California to be changed by the Bethel Church culture. They graduated from Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and after graduation both Jeff and Lisa worked on the Bethel church staff (Jeff in facilities and Lisa in the accounting department) Before full-time ministry Jeff worked in the Aerospace industry for 14 years in both the Research & Development and the Quality Assurance departments. Jeff and Lisa have been married 27 years and have two adult children, Daniel and Stephanie who they love deeply and are greatly proud of.

Matthew & Rebecca Loevenguth - Executive Pastor & Wife

Matthew has a Business and Marketing degree from Pepperdine University and has the heart and passion for both ministry and business. He was born and raised in Southern California until God spoke to him and asked him to move to Denver Colorado. He has lived in Denver since 2006 and has had his life transformed for the Kingdom. He wants to see cities culturally redefined for Jesus as people in ministry and the marketplace walk into their true identity and relationship with their Father in Heaven. He has a great vision for believers and unbelievers alike to truly understand that God is good. Matthew was recently married to his lovely bride Rebecca, they live close to the church and have an amazing community of Kingdom followers that is forming around them.

Jessica & Kevin Wontor - Children & Youth Pastor & Husband

Jessica was in business school at DU headed towards a career in law when God radically got ahold of her and changed her plans. She heard the statistic that 80% of youth walk away from the Lord when they leave their youth group and go off to college. Upon hearing this she felt God's call on her life to work with children and youth. She has a passion to see a young generation of kids raised up in the presence and power of God no matter what their age. Her heart is to equip even the youngest children to hear the voice of God, know how much He loves them, and to minister that love to those around them. Jessica and her team teach kids (2-18) to prophesy, heal the sick, raise the dead, worship with extravagance and much much more. The children and youth of BridgeWay prophesy over the adults on a regular basis with amazing clarity and accuracy in the words they hear from God. They also pray for healing for each other and the adults of BridgeWay Church, and have seen numerous healings. Jessica believes that the most important things we can do for our children and young people is to lead them into an encounter with the living God. This changes them forever. Then we equip, activate, and empower them in the realities of the Kingdom of God. When we do this, we get to stand back and watch them change the world.

John Young - Worship Pastor

John Young is the Worship Pastor at BridgeWay Church. He graduated from both the Supernatural School of Worship in Redding, CA and from the Lost Glory School of Worship in London, England in 2005. He has a heart for the nations and is actively involved in missions, having completed his Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Montana in 2006. He is a Denver native and enjoys getting up in the mountains and participating in the glory of God's creation.

Karen & Rick Mann - Office Administrator & Prophetic Directors

Karen Mann is Pastor Peters administrative assistant and the office stabilizer. She loves BridgeWay Church, having spent many years longing for more of the Spirit in Sunday morning church services. She spent 32 years in the retail business working for Safeway Stores, her last job there was being a District Inventory Loss Specialist. She is married to Rick and they have two amazing daughters, Michelle Lupica and Rebecca Loevenguth. Rick and Karen are both Colorado natives and can hardly wait for revival to come to this beautiful state. They are in charge of the Prophetic Ministry here at BridgeWay, and Rick leads the MIB (Men in BridgeWay). In their spare time they love to camp, hike, and go fishing with their dog Toby.
