What is a Zone Community?

Zone Communities represent a pastoral connection to help the BridgeWay family connect with events and one another. We have divided up the church into geographical zones to better help all BridgeWay members have a greater sense of connection and community in their local area. Each zone has a Zone Pastor that overseas their designated zone.

What is the Role of the Zone Lay Pastor?

Zone Pastors are lay pastors that help oversee connection of people in BridgeWay. They will help you find a LIFE Group, introduce you to others, organize some social functions, etc. They are also responsible for certain pastoral care needs. Some of these needs include hospital visits, organizing meals when needed, counseling referrals, being a listening ear, etc. If they aren't able to fully help you with your pastoral need, they can help connect you to those who can.

How Can I Get Involved and Help?

You can help out your Zone Pastor in many ways. You could help plan a social. You could help call newcomers. You can start a LIFE Group. E-mail your Zone Pastor and see what they need help with.
